During the big bang, what would have been the affect if anti-matter had won out over matter?

For every subatomic particle there is an anti particle, (although in some cases the anti particle is the same as the particle). When anti matter and matter collide they annihilate each other producing photons of energy.
Most cosmologist believe that when the Big Bang happened there was a very small asymmetry in the ratio of matter to antimatter, for about every billion particle of antimatter there were a billion and one particles of matter. From every billion particles and anti-particles that annihilated into a billion photons there is one particle matter that remains today. There are also theories that the anti matter could be dispersed somewhere in the universe but there is no evidence for this yet.
It is conceivable that if it had been skewed the other way, then an anti-universe might have formed and if by chance, life started then there might be people made of anti-matter although this is pure speculation, no-one really knows.
