Hello,

What is the AlGaAs/GaAs quantum well to mathematica?

GaAs Parameters:

Ve=0.22 eV
Vh=0.15 eV
well lenght=10 nm
I made asnwer for elektron below:
r = 4;
f[x_] := Sqrt[r^2 - x^2]
g[x_] := -x Cot[x]
h[x_] := x Tan[x]
Plot[{f[x], g[x], h[x]}, {x, 0, 4}]
k[x_] := (Sqrt[r^2 - x^2] + (x Cot[x]))
l[x_] := (Sqrt[r^2 - x^2] - (x Tan[x]))
FindRoot[l[x] == 0, {x, 1, 1.5}]
FindRoot[k[x] == 0, {x, 2, 3}]
FindRoot[l[x] == 0, {x, 3, 4}]

How am I make quatum well?

I want to seen Energy levels by mathematical values.

Could us help me?
