Using the fact that 1 kg (1000g) has a weight of 2.205 lb under certain conditons; how would I determine the weight of this diamond in lbs?

Next, find how many kg the diamond weighs by dividing the weight of the diamond in grams by 1000. Finallly, take this value and multiply it by the conversion factor 2.205 from kg to lbs and that is your answer.
