If a 30 Amp Circuit is used, what is the length of 10-guage copper wire with an area of 5.0mm^2 needed for the 30 Amp current?
I have found that the resistivity of copper is 1.7 E-8 Ωm.

I know the equation I need to use is Resistance = Resistivity*(Lenght/Area) (I think) but where would I find the resistance for the equation?

I also know that Resistance=Voltage/Current

I just dont understand how to get this question done. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Are you sure this is the only information given in the question? As it is, there is not enough information to calculate the length.
